AI for Government

Practical AI for public service, used responsibly and with clear accountability.

Public service has a higher bar. Every AI-assisted output has to be accountable, transparent, and defensible, and this track is built around that from the first lesson. Verification comes first throughout: a named person reviews and owns each output, and there's a paper trail. You'll learn where AI helps an agency and write prompts that stay neutral and accurate. Then you'll build communication workflows with a verification gate, and finish with the governance and procurement documents a public body needs.

The learning loop

How every course works

Each loop takes 2 to 5 minutes. There are no long videos or pages to read, and every step asks you to do something.

  1. 1

    Prime

A quick prime sets up the idea.

  2. 2

    Watch

A curated clip or visual shows it in action.

  3. 3

    Do

You try it yourself in a hands-on exercise.

  4. 4

    Check

Instant feedback confirms you've got it.

You finish each course with something you've built yourself.

Your path

Three levels, each with something to keep

Every track follows the same arc: awareness → application → leadership. Start where you fit and work up. Each level goes deeper, and each one ends with an artifact you keep.

Govern and procure.

Seven courses for the people who set the rules and buy the tools. You'll design governance that fits public accountability and draft an agency AI-use policy. You'll also evaluate vendors, classify use cases by risk, set up oversight and records, and manage change. The level ends with a governance draft and a procurement evaluation checklist.
